For guides, free-tour and activity operators
The tour ends. That's the moment reviews, rebookings and referrals are decided.
vibeofthe.city gives you a page with your name on it to hand over at the last stop — everything you recommended today, plus what's on in the city this week. A QR, not a flyer. Free, yours, and still useful on their last day.
No website needed, no contract, no cost. Publishing takes about ten minutes.
What changes in the five minutes after the tour
The group is hungry, the circle is breaking up, and everything you said for two hours is about to become a blur. Here is that moment now, and that moment with your page.
“Where did she say to eat?” — a phone full of half-remembered names and nothing to check them against.
Every place you named, written down under your name, in their pocket before they walk away.
You ask for the review at the exact moment everyone is hungry and leaving.
You hand over something useful instead — and the review comes from someone still using it.
A paper flyer that reaches a bin by the second corner.
A QR they scan once and reopen on day three, day four, day five.
A private tour or a second tour depends on them finding you again on a marketplace.
Your name, your links and your other tours are on the thing they're already holding.
You repeat the same restaurant list in three languages, every day.
Written once, delivered in English, German and Spanish.
What's on this week is whatever you happened to read this morning.
Closures, festivals, free-entry days, diverted buses and beach flags, kept current without you.
What it changes for the work
Six things that follow from being remembered instead of half-remembered.
Reviews while they still know your name
The review window is the hour after the tour, not the evening. Put your name at the top of something they're actually using and they review a guide, not a walk.
Rebookings into your own tours
Your other tours, your private tours, your links — on the artefact they keep. The second booking stops depending on them finding you again on a marketplace.
Referrals that have an address
“Who did you do the tour with?” turns into a link they can forward, instead of a name they'd have to remember correctly.
On a free tour, being remembered is the business
When the economics are the tip, the whole game is whether they know who you were at the end of it. This is the cheapest way to make that certain.
Three languages, written once
You already repeat yourself in English, German and Spanish. Write the page once and each guest gets their own — including the city read, which arrives localised.
For rentals: finally something to hand over
If you send people out on a bike or a kayak without a guide, they leave with nothing at all. This is what's open, what's closed and whether the flag is red — under your name.
What's on the page
One screen, your name at the top. Your recommendations first; the city's live layer underneath.
Your name and brand
Your name or company, logo, accent colour and a short intro — plus four practical facts: meeting point, times, what to bring, how to book you again.
Everything you recommended
Your lists and single tips, in your order, each with the reason you give out loud. The end of your tour, written down properly.
The branded City Pulse
This week in the city across eleven categories: events, closures, transport, crowds, culture, food, nightlife, outdoors, local customs, free-entry days and official safety warnings — with the weather composed in.
Map and weather
The city's places on a map and the week ahead, as blocks. Reorder them, or leave off whatever doesn't fit your tour.
A QR for the last stop
The address freezes when you publish. Print one card, or just hold your phone up during the goodbye circle.
No app, no login
They scan and read. Nothing to install while standing in a square with a dying battery, and no account between them and the answer.
How it works
Sign up and put your name on it
Two minutes. Your city, your logo, your colour.
Write down what you already say
The places you recommend at the end of every tour — and the one line of reasoning you give for each.
Publish and show the QR
Publishing freezes the link for good. Show it at the final stop; the city half of the page keeps itself current from then on.
What we're not going to claim
The honest version, so nothing surprises you later.
- No bookings and no commission. We don't sell your tours and we don't take a cut of them.
- No lead list. We don't hand you your guests' contact details, and we don't sell them on either.
- Guide pages are deliberately not search-indexed. This is something you hand over, not a way to rank on Google.
- App installs opened from your page can only be counted on iPhone right now — there is no public Android listing yet, so any install number is the iPhone half only.
- How deep the city read goes varies by city, and it is per-city rather than per-region. We are recruiting the first guides in Málaga, and that is where it is richest.
Rather have us build it?
Tell us about your tours and we'll make the page for you — under your account, so you can edit it, hand it over, or delete us out of it. We answer within two working days.
